'White Lotus' star Tom Hollander claims he received his 'Avengers' bonus salary by mistake: 'It was 7 figures'

"White Lotus" star Tom Hollander says he received a "Avengers" cheque meant for Tom Holland when they were contracted to the same talent agency.

The British actors are very different despite having the same name. 

Hollander is best known for "Pride & Prejudice," "The Night Manager," and "The White Lotus." 

Holland is most recognized for playing Spider-Man in the MCU.

On Monday's "Late Night with Seth Meyers," Hollander said people regularly confused the duo and that he'd met Spider-Man fans.

Accounts staff at my agency were baffled. The actor says we briefly worked together.

Hollander said the accident occurred while seeing a buddy perform a Chekhov play.

"I sat smugly in the audience, having just done a BBC show for 30 grand or something, which was going to get me through the next year or so," says he.
