Dozens of Las Vegas restaurants are planning Thanksgiving specials and prix fixe menus, and most buffets will include festive specialties.

A complete list is not intended. The specials stated are for Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 22, and include tax and gratuity per person.

The Orleans, Alder & Birch, 702-365-7111, $8 crab Napoleon, brie and apple pastry, cranberry meatballs, pumpkin bisque, Caesar or wedge salad. 

Rolling turkey with dried cranberry stuffing, haricot verts, yams, mashed potatoes with gravy and relish, maple-braised pork belly with sausage stuffing, sour cherry chutney, 

fried shallots and butternut squash, and rosemary lamb shank with roasted red and golden beets, farro, almonds, and braised kale, $40 Grilled and baked alder plank wild Pacific salmon with crawfish and Nantua sauce, $30. $25 herb-crusted chicken breast with portabellini, sundried tomato, and gravy. 

Clarified butter and grilled lemon cold-water lobster tails, $59. 24-ounce bone-in prime rib, $50. $43, 16-ounce prime New York steak. 

The truffle oil lobster mac costs $12. $7 bleu cheese scalloped potatoes, grilled asparagus with asiago cheese, or roasted root veggies.

$10 salted caramel cheesecake, toffee-crusted apple cake with vanilla ice cream, or pumpkin gingersnap tiramisu. 4–9 p.m. turkey with roasted veggies, stuffing, giblet gravy, boursin mashed potatoes, baby vegetables, cranberry relish, dinner rolls, pumpkin or apple pie, house wine or domestic beer, $29. $37.
