This shoot-'em-up Western, which opens in theaters and on digital platforms on February 2, adds a new twist to the iconic story of the American Old West. Rickards takes on the role of the titular heroine

This sad occurrence leads Calamity Jane on a mission for vengeance, driving her to escape prison and cross the difficult landscapes of the Old West,

laying the groundwork for an adrenaline-pumping journey through the wilds. However,

Calamity Jane is a collaboration between Samuel Goldwyn Films and Tubi, directed by Terry Miles (Dawn Rider).
